Production lines of artificial sand, quartz sand, building sand and stone material are formed by jaw crusher, impact crusher (also known as sand maker), vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen), sand washer and belt conveyor. The best performance can be achieved by using the suitable type according to different technical demands.

1. Flow of Production Line

First, primary crush material by jaw crusher (coarse jaw crusher) and then send it to the fine crusher (fine jaw crusher) by belt conveyor; after the fine crush, send material to the vibrating screen; the vibrating screen separates stone by size; stone with qualified size will be sent to the sand maker; and for those unqualified stone will be sent back to the fine jaw crusher. Stone in the sand maker will be grinded to all kinds of sand.
